We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work for VmailVault Pro licenses.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a VmailVault Pro license and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@prestolisto.com with:

We typically process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. After 14 Days

Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a partial refund, credit toward future purchases, or decline the request depending on the circumstances.

4. License Revocation

Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You will retain access to the free tier of VmailVault, but Pro features will no longer be available.

5. Bundle Purchases

If you purchased a bundle that includes VmailVault Pro along with other products (such as PrestoListo Pro or ebooks), refund requests will be handled for the entire bundle. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available.

6. Payment Processor

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. In some cases, refund processing may be subject to their policies and timelines. You can review their terms at lemonsqueezy.com/terms.
